SASSI Event Highlights

DENDI Easy Virtue Movie Night

Entertaining a full house with its witty one liners, Easy Virtue proved to be a great choice for both the males and females, with guests leaving the cinema raving. A big thank you to the ASX team, lead by Sara Lewis, and to Ali McGovern for her wonderful efforts in making it all happen. Thanks also to DENDI, Madfish and Lindt chocolate for their kind support.

Thanks also to Louise Moule for a moving presentation before the movie started.

Leona Edmiston Fashion Parade

Congratulations to our Helen McBain, and her AMP team for their very first SASSI event, and what an event it was! Founder Jessica Brown was beside herself to meet her favourite designer in person. The Miss World Australia ladies did us proud as they glided down the run way in true elegance, style and grace. All guests I’m sure were inspired to spend their $50 voucher on a new season Leona Edmiston dress.

School Disco

This event was an absolute blast, bringing us back to our school days. Special thanks to SASSI Team 1, lead by Kate Boyle, and her "school buddie" Ximena Czaja for their efforts. Out came the prefect badges, pigtails, long socks-and of course the short skirts that you hitched up after you left the house so your mother would not disapprove! A great night for all that attended and thanks to the DJ Michael Nguyen for giving up his time to ensure we were able to hit the dance floor with our school shoes.

Girls Best Friend

For the chocolate lovers in the house, this was a definite winner! Who could think of anything better than sampling chocolate all night? Thank you to San Churro Café for supporting us for this event and I’m sure we all headed for the gym the next day. Well done to Louise Storie and SASSI Team 2 for their efforts.
