Andrew Mackell-Wong, MGA Success Coaching

A specialist in the field of communications, human relationships, stress management, negotiation, change mastery, selling and leadership, Andrew’s sessions are designed to improve personal, professional and organisational success. He assists a wide range of industries including IT, finance, insurance, recruitment, communications, travel & hospitality, local and federal government, sporting, media and health groups - presenting approximately 100 training events across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, each year. Participants come from a broad cross section of the business community, from CEO, CIO, CFO, to Operation and Departmental managers – Team Leaders and Technicians - Private Business Owner/Operators and their staff.

Aside from his work in the corporate field, Andrew assists students, the long-term unemployed and those with special needs with coaching and mentoring that raises esteem, ability and opportunity. He is a firm believer that people and businesses are only limited by the quality of their ideas, knowledge, process and relationships. Andrew guides his clients toward achieving exceptional client and staff relationships whilst pursuing the hard commercial needs of the business. Michelle Breen, Sydney based professional photographer.

She adores taking that great photo that everybody loves, whilst capturing all those magic moments and smiling faces of special occasions. She has covered weddings and a variety of corporate events, completed family portraits, and she loves travel photography.

Michelle completed a volunteer mentoring program with the Creative Youth Initiative arm of Mission Australia in 2007, whilst also providing photographic coverage for a number of their events. She has volunteered to provide photographic coverage of the Sister2Sister Program for 2008, being ably assisted by one of our ex-Little Sisters, Samantha Hogg.

Following the completion of an MBA in a few months, Michelle intends to seek management work in the not-for-profit sector, whilst also undertaking as much photographic work as she is able to secure.
