Governance
The Foundation is controlled by a public company, Life Changing Experiences Foundation Limited, limited by guarantee and incorporated under relevant Corporations Law. Life Changing Experiences Foundation Limited acts as the trustee of its Tax Deductible Fund and its General Fund and has endorsement by the Australian Tax Office to be a Tax Concession Charity (TCC) and a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
Life Changing Experiences Foundation is accountable to its donors and subject to a Constitution. It is governed by a volunteer board of community leaders representing a cross section of society. Board members typically serve a three year term with a maximum of three terms.
