Nicky Moore began her career as a beauty therapist when she was just 16 years of age. After many years in the industry she continued to study natural therapies, counselling, and other personal interest subjects, before ending up teaching at a private skin care and aesthetics collage in Wollongong.
During this time, the birth of her two children Mikaleigh (6) and Tristan (4), reignited Nicky's childhood passion for writing, and in 2008 Nicky published 'Sistahood- A journal of Self discovery' for young girls. The book, which was co-authored by Nicky and her Big Sister Natalie Bassingthwaighte, was published by ABC books and aims to help young girls set goals for their lives and overcome the obstacles they'll face along the way. It also helps young girls to find happiness in themselves and to respect the differences in those around them.
Having returned to university in 2005, Nicky's studies into Asian Pacific development and politics, took her to Malaysia for six months in 2008, where she studied and travelled through out South East Asia, gaining great insights into the conditions and challenges faced by young girls from very different cultures. Upon returning to Australia, Nicky has just completed the first book of a new fiction series aimed at exploring these issues in an entertaining and youth oriented way. Nicky hopes that through increased understanding of different cultures and experiences, young girls will be better able to appreciate that happiness can be found in any situation if they only believe they can find it.
As a busy mother, writer, full time student, and ambassador for the SISTER2sister foundation, Nicky is proud to support the work of all the incredible women who are helping these at risk teenage girls discover their own happiness. Nicky is also pleased to support NIVEA, and thanks them for their support of SISTER2sister, and their fantastic skin care products.

Kerri Pottharst is without question, one of Australia's most popular female sporting personalities. She is also Australia's most decorated Indoor and Beach Volleyball player, having represented her country for an incredible 22 years!.
When she took up the sport at the age of 15, she hadn't yet dreamed of becoming an Olympic champion.
"I was simply given an opportunity, set myself goals, worked hard and most importantly, I loved every minute of it!"
She also remains the only Australian woman to have played professionally in the world's most prestigious A1 Italian Indoor Volleyball league.
In 1992 a sickening knee injury should have ended her career, but in her typical no-nonsense style she recovered late in 1993, changed her goals to Beach Volleyball and then went on to compete in 3 Olympics and win two Olympic medals.
One of those was Bronze at the Atlanta Olympics and then the Gold that everybody remembers so well, at Bondi Beach during the Sydney 2000 Games.
"It was the ultimate win and after so many personal sacrifices and hardships there was no way I was going to let that moment slip away!!"
She is renowned for being one of the fiercest competitors in the world of Volleyball.
A glance at the statistics indicate that since 1994, Kerri has never been out of the top 10 and rarely out of the top six in International Beach Volleyball events.
Taught to her by the "The Best Beach Coach in the World," Steve Anderson, Kerri's team brought new ideas and moves to Beach Volleyball, which are now being copied by teams from all over the world.
She is an inspiration to her peers in sport and to others in their business, school and personal lives.
"The desire to succeed as a professional athlete and the drive and determination needed to be successful in business and personal relationships draw on similar reserves of courage and skills"
Kerri's vision is to continue to inspire and motivate through her warm and personal Keynote Presentations and her fun, team-building Corporate Days on the beach, beach2xl.
Her presentations provide an entertaining insight into the world of elite sport and the Olympic Games. Her material includes her fight back and struggle to overcome her terrible knee injury, how she turned her Bronze into Gold and how she constantly sets higher goals to achieve success.
She captivates her audience with amazing tales, some of them walking on fire and glass to help her overcome fears and doubts.
Kerri is a dynamic and humorous presenter and will leave audiences with skills and tools to help improve their business and personal lives.
She has her own posters, autograph cards and Olympic memorabilia that can be used during appearances and Corporate Days and makes sure that all autographs and photos are given that personal touch, therefore making everyone present feel special.

Amanda Cole grew up on a vineyard yet doesn’t drink wine, preferring to photograph it instead! She is an author/photographer who has been behind the camera since she was five years old and photographed the Batlow Apple Cookbook. She completed a degree in Psychology at the University of Wollongong and worked in marketing for years before declaring her passion for writing. She writes on the bus, out at dinner, whilst seeing friend’s bands, on long and short flights, pretty much all the time!

You are my Future was based on an idea that Amanda had about what it would be like (the real practicalities) of there being two of herself and why that would ever happen. Also, it explores the idea of being able to save another persons life if there was an accident, it also made her aware of the importance of knowing CPR.
St John Ambulance came onboard as a supporter, as although it is a work of fiction, it aims to highlight the importance of being able to save the people you love.
“Imagine if you could team up with your future self and change your present moment. Amanda Cole makes that happen to the point where you wonder if you've been doing it all along without even realising. A dreamy, delightful read that blurs time and forces us to review our role in our own futures” Jacinta Tynan, Author

Amanda currently lives in Sydney and truly believes in hope and love and is planning on releasing her 3rd book “Who needs Prince Charming” in early 2011.
