Our Team

We are a small, dedicated team, passionate about empowering young women to make positive choices for a better future. We wouldn’t be able to make the difference we do without the hard work and dedication of our amazing volunteers.

The SISTER2sister program is the core initiative of the Foundation. It is a year-long mentoring and resilience program which matches marginalised girls with professional women from the community. This early intervention program is designed to break the cycle of deeply entrenched inter generational social issues, with the long term goal of building a better future for the next generation. Together with their mentors, girls attend an intensive risk management course to build resilience and empower positive change. So far she has raised close to $6,000,000 for the Foundation and for the past decade has managed to achieve incredible results through the SISTER2sister program.
